Log files are located in the folder LOGS under the home directory for each product

The home directory can be found in the registry key HOME_DIRECTORY in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Argent > Product Name

or in the registry key HOME_PATH in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > WOW6432NODE > Argent > Product Name
