Summary

Argent can make contact to an SMS modem and send test messages via the configuration tab, but will not send an SMS via an Alert.

When testing the Alert the modem will engage with the lights flickering, but will hang with the ‘ls‘ light flickering and no message will be sent

One of two possible error messages may occur:

1. Error: Invalid response to submit PDU
2. Error: Failed to open COMx for SMS communication
