Argent Daughter Engines unable to connect and run Relators due to changes in Firewall settings

Resolution

1) Open Argent Guardian Ultra

2) Click on Scheduled Monitoring Tasks to see if the Relators are skipping or getting canceled

3) If the Relators are skipping or getting canceled, check the Engine Manager to see if the service is running on the Daughter Engines

4) If the service is running, have the customer check their Firewall settings to make sure it is allowing Argent’s necessary ports
