Technical Background

In Argent Global Manager devices are not displaying in the Device Configuration Backups screen, even though they are displaying properly in the Device Configuration Backups screen of Argent Advanced Technology. This issue occurs when the device ‘Alias’ or ‘Config Changes’ field contains some special characters.

Upgrade to Argent Global Manager 5.1A-R21 or above
