Implemented OpsGenie Alert types in Argent Advanced Technology

Technical Background

This type of Alerts allows to forward Argent Advanced Technology events to OpsGenie.
OpsGenie is a modern incident management platform that ensures critical incidents are never missed, and actions are taken by the right people in the shortest possible time. OpsGenie receives alerts from Argent Advanced Technology and categorizes each alert based on importance and timing.

OpsGenie centralizes these alerts, notifies the right people at the right time, and is connected and synchronized to other tools.

Following parameters needs to be configured in the OpsGenie Alert screen:

Priority: Priority level of the alert. Possible values are P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5.
Teams: Teams that the alert will be routed to send notifications.
Recipients: Users that the alert will become visible to without sending any notification.
Actions: Custom actions that will be available for the alert.
Tags: Tags of the alert.
Notes: Additional note that will be added while creating the alert.

Check Enable Synchronization With OpsGenie URI option and specify OpsGenie API Key before using OpsGenie Alerts.
