Implemented Service Now Alert types in Argent Advanced Technology

Technical Background

This type of Alerts allows to forward Argent Advanced Technology events to ServiceNow.

ServiceNow is an incident management platform that focuses on efficiently and effectively managing and resolving incidents or service disruptions that occur in an organization’s IT infrastructure or services. It provides a structured approach to handle and track incidents from their initial report until their resolution.

Following parameters needs to be configured in the ServiceNow Alert screen:

Assignment Group ID: The individual or group responsible for handling or working on a specific task, incident, request, or any other record within the platform.

Caller ID: The user or customer who initiated a particular action or request within the platform.

It is possible to add other required parameters by clicking Add button in Parameter Key Pairs section.

Check Enable Synchronization With ServiceNow URI option and specify ServiceNow credentials before using ServiceNow Alerts.
