Summary

SMS messages downloaded by Argent Alert Executor might not be forwarded to Argent Console Main Engine

As a result, Events could not be automatically answered or resolved by replying SMS message from Argent Alert Executor

The issue is addressed in Argent Defender 3.1A-1501-T2

Technical Background

It is a coding error

An internal counter is not initialized before being used

As a result, depending on how OS initializes the variable, the downloaded SMS messages might not be processed

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Defender 3.1A-1501-T2 or later
