Summary

After a GUI restart, a node that was suspended with the option ‘Continue Monitoring Without Firing Alerts’ is not displayed as ‘Suspended’ on the Argent Console screen (A1A)

Technical Background

When a customer suspends a node, the customer can check the option ‘Continue Monitoring Without Firing Alerts’, which is a new feature introduced in Argent AT 3.1A-1304-L.

Unfortunately, the GUI does not recognize the suspend mode when it restarts

Notes:

1. The service code is not affected. It functions correctly in 3.1A-1304-L — this is simply a cosmetic issue

2. The GUI displays correctly if the node is suspended without the option ‘Continue Monitoring Without Firing Alerts’

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1307 or above
