Summary

Automatic Report Distribution might be sent with no attachment in Argent Non-Stop Monitor environment

Technical Background

The attachments in Automatic Report Distribution have been using local path. And the email is actually sent by Argent Console Engine. It works fine if monitor product engine is the same as the Argent Console Engine, which is always true in single engine environment

In Argent Non-Stop Monitor environment, it will works fine most of time as local Argent Console Motor is used first. But if local Argent Console Motor may be down, the monitor product engine will attempt to use other running Argent Console Motor to send out email. The attachment will fail because the file path is not a UNC path

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1310-A or later
