Summary

SMS auto answering does not work due to a COM error

Customer can see lines similar to following in Argent Console service log periodically

11 Dec 2013 10:20:25.135 PANWS A\Administrator SKIPPED checking SMS message. Error: COM error. (null) (800401f0)

Technical Background

It is a coding error that SMS library was not initialized properly

Note: The issue does not affect the function of sending SMS alert

Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1401-A or later
