Summary

When Argent Guardian Ultra client GUI first time connects to Main Engine after it is upgraded to newer version, the client GUI will detect the version difference and attempt to do auto upgrade

But it will fail with ‘Catastrophic Internal Error‘ after all the necessary files are downloaded successfully

Technical Background

It is a coding error corrected in Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B or later

Customer who cannot upgrade, manual re-install client GUI of newer version can be the workaround
