If a node is licensed, it cannot be deleted from CMDB-X in previous versions

Customers often found it very tedious to go through each product to unlicensed the node then come back to remove it from CMDB-X

Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B is enhanced to allow customer doing it automatically after customer confirms the prompt
