Summary

When clicking on an Alert Status cell in ViewMagic, customers that clearly see an Alert in ViewMagic may end up seeing no Alerts in the resultant Argent Commander Console window.

Technical Background

This is caused by persistent options in Argent Commander Console remembering Relator or Rule filters.

Clicking on an Alert Status cell in ViewMagic now opens the Console with an empty Relator or Rule filter to eliminate the confusion.
