KBI 986014 New Feature: Alert Count Column Added To Argent Defender Ultra Execution History

Version

Argent Defender Ultra 6.1A-1707-A or above

Date

Summary

Some customers expect the ‘Error Count’ column to indicate whether a particular productione execution instance had Alerts or not.

This is typically the case when an Alert has been fired, and the customer wants to see the corresponding Waterfall and logs to troubleshoot the issue.

However, the ‘Error Count’ column only shows the count of errors encountered when executing the Recorded Sessions — and in some cases, the presence of an error doesn’t necessarily translate into an Alert being fired, based on the settings on the Replay.

Therefore, to make life easier for customers, an ‘Alert Count’ column has been added, which shows how many Alerts were triggered for each execution instance.

This will allow customers to easily identify which instances generated Alerts.
