Summary

The Argent Remote Backup and Remote Daughter engines are unable to load the Argent Ninja Console page as a registry value.

The key location on the Argent Main Console and the Argent Remote Console is

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Argent\ArgentManagementConsole\REMOTE_AAC_URL

By default the value of this key on the main console is blank.

The value of this key on the remote console is:

http://ArgentServerName/Argent_WebConsole/def_a1.aspx

Resolution

• Ensure the Argent Ninja is installed.
• Both the Argent Remote and Mother/Main Console GUIs need to be closed.
• Change the Argent Remote and Main Console registry values to
  http://ArgentNinjaServerName/Argent_Ninja/def_a1.aspx in the following registry key:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Argent\ArgentManagementConsole\REMOTE_AAC_URL

• Restart remote GUI to test.
