Summary

User is presented with an error while installing Trusted Agents.

Technical Background

Adding a Trusted Agent to another server requires that other server to have Remote Registry and Server services to be running.

Resolution

On the server that you are installing as a Trusted Agent –
Start -> Run -> “services.msc”

Right click on “Remote Registry” and select “Start. ”

Right click on “Server” and select “Start.”

Repeat the process of installing Trusted Agent from the Main Server.
