“SYSTEM.BADIMAGEFORMATEXCEPTION: AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO LOAD A PROGRAM WITH AN INCORRECT FORMAT”

is generated in the Results Log of Relator testing and the Relator Trace Log.

Technical Background

When the Argent Extended Technology Monitoring Engine used to monitor Microsoft Exchange 2007 is installed on a 64-bit Windows server (which includes the 64-bit version of .Net), the Argent Power Shell adapter fails to load the 32-bit ARB_Kernel.dll.

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Extended Technology 8.0A-0807-T3 or later.
