Summary
This affects users who use Oracle 10G Express as the Argent Extended Technology backend database.
After installing Argent Extended Technology successfully, the Argent Management Console starts normally however the following error message appears in the Supervising Engine Logs for all products.
Configured Relators fail to be scheduled by the Scheduling Engine as well.
Error Message:
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 1114 (Oracle in XEClient)
Technical Background
Oracle ODBC Drivers are used to communicate with the Oracle 10G Express Database Server.
Resolution
A full system reboot is required after Installing Oracle 10G Express to ensure that all drivers are loaded correctly.
