Summary

Many Argent AT products cannot be installed using Oracle as database

Technical Background

Many Argent AT products uses SQL tables with long name. Oracle has 30-character limit for all its object names. As a result, many Argent AT product installation will fail on Oracle

For example, Argent Guardian Ultra has table ARGSOFT_ARGENT_GUARDIAN_ULTRA_VIRTUAL_SERVER. Its name is way over 30-character limit

Argent is working on the issue and will address it in the near future
