Summary

SQL Server Express has limitations of 4 CPU cores, 1 GB memory and 10 GB data size

When SQL Server Express uses more than 1 GB memory, it throttles internally which drops SQL Server performance significantly

As a result, Argent AT products can run much slower

The typical symptoms include constant high CPU usage, unresponsive logon session etc

Upgrade to SQL Server is preferred

If SQL Server Express must be used, restrict SQL Server memory usage to 1 GB
